Finance People places interim, fractional and contract finance professionals, from credit control to CFO, with businesses across the UK.
It is a partnership between Refreshing, a London financial recruitment firm working since 2013, and Matter Talent in Yorkshire.
Why we set it up
Finance teams rarely get notice. Someone leaves, a deal completes, a system goes live or month-end slips, and the work needs covering now. Permanent search is too slow for that, and volume agencies send CVs rather than judgement.
Finance People is built for the gap: a small network of people we know, a quick and honest shortlist, and advice based on 30 years of interim recruitment experience.
